Meet the Team
When Joe Casalinova, Brian O’Donnell and Joy Siegel joined forces in 1992, they blended three distinct areas of expertise to create an entirely new way of construction.
Joe has degrees in architectural and civil engineering and is a Licensed Construction Supervisor as well as a Master Planner and Developer. His background was always one of looking for better ways to organize a project, looking at opportunities to achieve more on behalf of the client he served.
Brian was the master-builder. Plumber, code enforcement officer, iron worker, drinking water systems expert, foreman. Brian saw the waste and results of poor planning on too many projects and knew there was a better way.
Joy came from a background in banking. She understood the needs of financing and ways to leverage innovation against the budget.
Together, they assembled a team of additional experts in architecture, engineering, construction and environmental. The 30-person team at Building Solutions collaborates on the project from day one to ensure the project exceeds expectations at every stage.
