A 69,000sf headquarters offices for medical supply manufacturing and distribution facility with retail. A highly green project, the three-story, energy-efficient building is on a Brownfields site. Building Solutions’ goal is to make this project as cost-effective and eco-responsible as possible to help dispel the myth that “green” construction is too expensive.

Acreage near the Maine Turnpike and Lewiston/Auburn Airport was critical to local economic development. A premiere location for corporate headquarters, operations centers, R&D and light manufacturing, Building Solutions will plan, design, and build the new businesses in Kitty Hawk Business Park. Building Solutions will use a variety of architectural styles and useful design elements.
